Orders are shipped from Menorca.

We ship throughout Spain* and across the European Union.

*Delivery is not available in the following regions/areas: the Canary Islands and Ceuta.
Shipping costs are €5.95 for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs are €14.95 and are free for orders over €100.

Finally, shipping costs to Great Britain are always €24.00 regardless of the order amount.

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: Delivery within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. If this cannot be met, we will contact you to inform you of the new date and you may choose to continue or cancel the order.

European Union: Delivery within 10 working days, subject to stock availability. If this cannot be met, we will contact you to inform you of the new date and you may choose to continue or cancel the order.

United Kingdom: Delivery within 14 working days, subject to stock availability. If this cannot be met, we will contact you to inform you of the new date and you may choose to continue or cancel the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please contact our customer service team at contact@barba-rossa.com if your shipment is delayed or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to an unknown person.

You may cancel your order without providing a reason within 5 working days of the purchase. Contact contact@barba-rossa.com or call 971 157 354. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and risk, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

For returns, send an email to contact@barba-rossa.com with your order number, full address, contact phone number and preferred time slot. Our team will arrange collection of the package.

For exchanges, send an email to contact@barba-rossa.com with your order number, address, phone number and photos of the item. Exchanges must be requested within 30 working days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs for exchanges are at your own expense unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
