When a product is listed in our online store, we endeavour to maintain the manufacturer’s recommended retail price, although in some cases, due to transportation costs, prices may vary.

The user must make purchases online at our web store: barbarossagifts.com using the “shopping cart” system and may pay using any of the available payment methods.
Applicable taxes
The prices of products displayed on www.barbarossagifts.com include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Buyer’s rights and returns policy
The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal. The customer must notify BARBA-ROSSA within the stipulated period and by any legally permitted means of their wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. In such cases, Barba-Rossa will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used by the customer. The right of withdrawal from a contract is the right of the consumer and user to cancel the concluded contract by notifying the other contracting party within the established period for exercising that right, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer may return any item purchased on www.barbarossagifts.com. Barba-Rossa will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method wherever possible, i.e., through a credit to the credit card, PayPal, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.

Placing an order

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for the resolution of any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction.
